ITEM AVAILABILTY

All of our fabrics are made to order in our UK mills (with our silks made in Italy and finished in Scotland) and subject to availability.
In the event that an item is OUT OF STOCK please feel free to contact us with details of the desired item and we will be happy to explore the options available to you. If we are unable to track the exact item we will endeavour to supply you with a comprehensive list of suitable alternatives for your perusal.

DELIVERY TIMES

Thistles aim to dispatch all orders swiftly. When in stock, goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. All orders within the UK should be received within 10-14 working days unless otherwise specified. All orders internationally should be received within 28 days unless otherwise specified and/or subject to the exigencies of the delivery services.

REFUND POLICY

Our returns policy is governed by our Terms & Conditions. We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Thistles. However, should you wish to return anything bought from Thistles, we will be happy to exchange or refund, provided it is in a fully re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days of purchase (a reasonable time). This does not affect your statutory rights.
